When food causes a problem with digestion and the doctor tells you,"You must take this prescription for the rest of your life", and you read the side effects and they are worse than the indigestion and acid reflux....it is time to get a new plan.
This is exactly what happened this year in our family, so we began a journey.
When food stops being fun or an adventure to prepare and consume, something must give. My family has been in the food business for generations, we watch food show on TV, we watch food ads and now we find food is our enemy. Ouch!!!!
We are in our second week of food combining and after the second day we found we had more energy and no acid reflux, as long as we eat properly.
Do eat fruit first thing in the morning after taking a good Probiotic.
Do eat protein and veggies together.
Do eat starches and veggies together.
Do eat fruit for a snack.
As simple as it sounds it is even simpler, just do it. Try it for three days and see how much better you feel.
