Have you ever had a large glass of carrot, beet, celery, kale, celery & lemon juiced & icy cold? It is a treat that we enjoy daily. Today we also had a huge baked sweet potato with butter and maple syrup and toast. Properly food combined, very satisfying and 7 veggies in one meal.
Our Easter guest bragged on Monday that she had a wonderful nutricious meal and she slept well that night and felt wonderful on Monday. The only thing we did not serve was bread or rolls. We served fresh carrot juice with lemon, a salad, roast cornish game hens, baked asparagus, and fennel & onion roasted in the oven. Our dessert was Easter candy sent home with our guest in a fancy bag. We served iced tea and coffee. She knew that bread would not be part of our meal and she accepted the menu. All our family understands what we are attempting to accomplish and are very understanding.
My husband & I are feeling so much better and we have so much more energy than we did before the proper food combining. Why would we go back to suffering?
